Contact and booking information. When you book an appointment through our booking system (currently GlossGenius) or contact us directly, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and appointment history.

Health and scalp intake information. Before certain services, we ask you to complete an intake form that may include information about allergies, scalp conditions, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy status, and similar health-adjacent details. This information is collected solely to provide you with safe, personalized service, and is never used for diagnostic purposes.

Scalp analysis images. For rituals that include a complimentary scalp analysis, we capture close-up photographs of your scalp using an imaging device. These images are used only to personalize your ritual and product recommendations, unless you separately and explicitly consent to any other use, such as marketing.

Payment information. Payment processing is handled through our booking platform and its payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our own systems.

Website usage information. Like most websites, ours may use cookies and analytics tools (through our website platform) to understand general visitor behavior, such as which pages are viewed. This information is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Communications you send us. If you email, text, or message us directly, we retain that communication in order to respond to you and maintain a record of our interaction.

How We Use Your Information

  • Our booking and payment platform (currently GlossGenius), to schedule and process your appointments

We do not share your health or scalp intake information, or your scalp analysis images, with any third party for marketing purposes.

Text Messages and Email

If you provide your phone number, you may receive transactional text messages related to your appointments, such as confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of appointment texts at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

If you provide your email address, you may receive service-related communications and, if you separately opt in, promotional emails such as birthday offers. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. Guests under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive services, as outlined in our Guest Policies.
